Terms of Service

Part One — Terms of Service

1 General Provisions

1.1 The operating entity of this platform is the development company that owns this website (hereinafter "we"). This agreement is a legally binding contract between you and us regarding the use of all services on this site.

1.2 By completing social-account authorized login, you are deemed to have fully read, understood, and agreed to all terms of this agreement and voluntarily accept all constraints. If you do not agree, please do not log in or use any service on this site.

1.3 This site's services are divided into two independent sections:

  1. Open-source project demo library: provides only screenshots, demo videos, and reviews of open-source projects from platforms such as GitHub. We do not provide, distribute, or sell any open-source project source code.
  2. Self-copyrighted commercial source: all listed source code is independently developed by us or by authorized parties holding full software copyright, and can be purchased for a commercial license.

1.4 We reserve the right to amend this agreement at any time. Amendments will be published on the site; continued use of the platform's services after publication constitutes acceptance of the updated agreement.

2 Account Rules (Social Login Only)

2.1 This site does not provide independent phone-number or email registration; it only supports third-party social-account authorized login (WeChat, QQ, Gitee, GitHub, Google, Facebook, X/Twitter, Discord).

2.2 Upon authorized login, only your public avatar and nickname are shared with the platform. The platform will not obtain your social account's private information, contacts, private email, or phone number.

2.3 You bear full legal responsibility for all activities under your social login account. Accounts may not be lent, rented, or sold. Upon discovery, the platform reserves the right to permanently ban the account, void affiliate commissions, and refuse refunds.

2.4 Bulk registration of many social accounts using scripts, emulators, or multi-instance tools is prohibited. The platform's risk-control system will restrict affiliate permissions and freeze accounts upon detecting bulk registration or multiple accounts from the same IP/device.

2.5 You may bind/unbind multiple social accounts in your account center; data, membership, affiliate, and orders are unified across all bound accounts.

3 Platform Service Description

3.1 Open-Source Demo Service

3.1.1 The platform independently invests servers, containers, and manpower to deploy, test, screenshot, and record open-source projects, providing demo materials solely as a value-added preview service. We do not own the copyright of third-party open-source projects.

3.1.2 All GitHub open-source projects' commercial, distribution, and modification rights fully follow the original repository's open-source license (MIT/Apache/GPL/non-commercial, etc.). The platform grants no additional commercial rights.

3.1.3 GPL, CC-NC (non-commercial), and similar open-source projects may only be previewed for learning within the site; enterprise commercial use is strictly prohibited. The platform prominently marks such risks; users who commercialize without authorization bear full liability for any infringement dispute.

3.1.4 Demo videos are uniformly hosted on third-party platforms (Bilibili, YouTube, Douyin, WeChat Channels). Free users may only view static screenshots and cannot obtain GitHub repository addresses.

3.1.5 The platform does not guarantee that all open-source projects will run permanently. Where a project ceases to run due to the original author discontinuing maintenance, dependency failure, or API shutdown, the platform bears no refund or compensation liability.

3.2 Membership Subscription Service

3.2.1 Membership is a paid subscription service. After payment, corresponding permissions are unlocked for the purchased period; the permission tiers are as published on the site.

3.2.2 The auto-renewal feature is enabled/disabled by the user. An in-site message reminder is sent 3 days before expiry; if the user does not disable it, the fee is automatically deducted each period.

3.2.3 Refund rule: within 7 days of order payment, and only if no member-exclusive video has been viewed and no source has been downloaded, a full refund may be requested. Orders that have used member benefits or exceed 7 days are non-refundable. Upon refund, the two-tier affiliate commission generated by that order is deducted accordingly.

3.2.4 Member permissions apply to a single account only. Sharing or multi-user use of one account is prohibited; once verified, member permissions are permanently revoked with no refund.

3.3 Self-Copyrighted Commercial Source

3.3.1 All source in the store is developed by us or authorized parties holding full software copyright. After paid purchase you obtain the corresponding commercial license; the license scope is as stated on the product page.

3.3.2 Redistribution, resale, or sharing of our self-copyrighted source is prohibited. We reserve the right to pursue civil, administrative, and criminal liability for infringement, and to freeze accounts and claim damages.

3.3.3 Source is a digital virtual good. Once a download link is delivered, no no-reason refund is supported absent quality issues. If the code fails to compile or start, contact support for assistance; refunds are not supported.

4 Two-Tier Affiliate Rules

4.1 The site uses a compliant two-tier affiliate system. All logged-in users automatically gain promotion rights — no spending threshold, no promotion fee — and it is not a pyramid scheme.

4.2 Users attract new users via their exclusive referral link/QR code; a new user's first login permanently binds the upline/downline: level 1 is the direct referrer, level 2 is the referrer's upline. No three-tier commission.

4.3 Commissions are generated only by member subscriptions and paid self-source buyout orders; ad views and free browsing generate no commission.

4.4 Commission rates are set separately for domestic/overseas, as published in the backend. After order payment, commission is frozen for 7 days; it can be withdrawn only if no refund occurs. Order refunds automatically deduct the corresponding two-tier commissions.

4.5 Withdrawal rules: domestic users minimum ¥100, via WeChat/Alipay; overseas users minimum $10, via PayPal. The platform charges a small withdrawal fee, with the standard published on the site.

4.6 Brushing orders, self-referral self-purchase, and bulk registration of small accounts to extract commissions are prohibited. Upon detection, all commissions are frozen, affiliate rights revoked, and the account banned.

4.7 Promotional copy and videos must not make false claims, exaggerate platform benefits, or conceal open-source commercial restrictions; violations may result in cancellation of affiliate earnings.

5 Advertising Service

5.1 The site displays Baidu Union ads, Google Ads, etc. Ad content is provided by third-party ad platforms; the platform does not guarantee the authenticity of advertised goods or services.

5.2 Traffic revenue from user ad clicks belongs to the platform; users may not claim ad revenue sharing. Affiliate commissions come only from user paid orders and are unrelated to ad revenue.

5.3 Users may not use scripts or emulators to bulk-click ads; violations result in account bans.

6 Prohibited User Conduct

Users may not engage in the following; otherwise the platform may restrict features, freeze accounts, void commissions, refuse refunds, and reserve the right to pursue liability:

  1. Cracking or crawling member-exclusive content (Git addresses, demo videos, review docs);
  2. Bulk crawling platform project data for competitor sites;
  3. Using the platform's open-source demo materials for commercial promotion while circumventing open-source license constraints;
  4. Spreading malware, mining programs, viruses, or attacking the platform's Docker test cluster or servers;
  5. Publishing illegal, pornographic, violent, infringing, or false promotional information;
  6. Stealing or tampering with our self-copyrighted source for resale;
  7. Malicious refunds or bulk order-brushing to extract affiliate commissions;
  8. Violating third-party social or video platform usage rules.

7 Intellectual Property

7.1 All platform-owned text, page designs, automated test programs, screen-recorded review docs, and self-developed source are copyrighted by us; reproduction, reprinting, or commercial use without permission is prohibited.

7.2 Demo videos on third-party platforms (Bilibili, YouTube, etc.) are copyrighted by the platform; users are prohibited from downloading, re-editing, or re-uploading them to other commercial platforms for profit.

7.3 Third-party GitHub open-source project copyright belongs to the original authors; users must comply with the corresponding open-source license. The platform only provides demo preview services and transfers no copyright.

8 Privacy Protection

8.1 The platform only collects social-account public nickname, avatar, and login OpenID for account identification; it does not actively collect private information such as phone number, email, or address.

8.2 Payment data (orders, payment channels, withdrawal records) is used only for financial reconciliation and affiliate settlement, and will not be disclosed to third parties.

8.3 Overseas user data processing complies with Google, PayPal, and Stripe privacy policies, meeting overseas GEO/ad-platform compliance requirements.

9 Disclaimers

9.1 The stability and security of third-party GitHub open-source projects are the original authors' responsibility. The platform bears no liability for vulnerabilities, data loss, or server attacks arising from users' self-deployment.

9.2 Third-party video platforms (YouTube/Bilibili, etc.) carry takedown or throttling risks. The platform will auto-re-upload but does not promise videos stay online permanently, and this is not a basis for refunds.

9.3 Temporary inaccessibility due to network failure, server maintenance, or carrier line issues does not require the platform to compensate membership duration.

9.4 Transaction disputes arising from ad links redirecting to third-party sites are negotiated between the user and the advertiser; the platform bears no joint liability.

9.5 Service interruption due to force majeure (policy control, server failure, international network blockade) allows the platform to suspend service without breach liability.

10 Dispute Resolution

10.1 This agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.

10.2 Disputes between users and the platform are first resolved through customer-service negotiation; if unsuccessful, they are submitted to the people's court at the location of the platform's operating entity.
